Exceeded my expectations
Free safety underground parking, comfortable beds, warm water, the water in the shower had good pressure, the apartment was clean. Burger king, Lidl, Mercadona, low cost petrol station, and bazar within walking distance. Restaurant by the hotel reception with reasonable prices (can have a breakfast for 3€ per person)
Will be nice to have at least a Kettle in the kitchen

It can be preferred especially for longer (longer than 2-3 days) stays, a good price/performance ratio.
Check-in and check-out processes were easy, and the staff was very kind. It is located in a quiet area; but still, it felt safe to return to the place past midnight. There is a big grocery store just across the facility for general and/or urgent needs.
I was aware of the fact that the facility is a bit far away from the center; but still, after 2 days, it kind of became a tiring commute for me. And, the apartment could have been cleaner.

Excellent accommodation
Great family accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen.
The beds were not very comfortable and convenient for 2 kids. We had a 6yr and 14yr old sharing a bed.
